Thanks. Been busy the last couple of weeks. I move from $900/mo apartment to a house for less them a third of that ($287). The landlord only need what she owes each month to cover the expenses. Nice X-mas present I say. The only real problem is that I am still unemployed. Hopefully now that it is the new year some opportunities will arise.
