When my 1st son was 4 or 5, we we're in a department store and he wanted something. When I said no, he threw himself on the floor and began to scream. It was really funny, so I threw myself down next to him and copied what he was doing. He looked at me like I was absolutely nuts. I told him, that tantrums wouldn't work with me and that was the end of that. He never did it to me again.
