If you can think of a better way to choose our leader, do tell. Since his approval rating is considerable higher than 50% right now, it's rather moot, anyway.

I agree. I also agree that Clinton should not have perjured himself, suborned perjury, nor obstructed justice.
I'm just saying that it was Starr's decision to spend $40 million to find out something that everyone already knew.
