Ceil was a close friend and a colleague of mine. I was stunned to hear the news this morning because when I spoke to her last, a few months ago, she was in her usual high spirits and her health was stable. We met around 1990 through the New York user group community and had been in close touch ever since. We kept each other company through both of our divorces. She was a bright light and a people person and had many friends throughout the Fox community and beyond. She was also an active basket weaver. As all of her friends know, she was always available to help when a problem, technical or otherwise, arose. I miss her very much.
