Thanks. The problem, I think, is with IDautomation fonts both for 128b and 3 of 9.

Thanks, for the offer, but to set this up you'd need a whole bunch of stuff, including the code for the checkdigit, sql data, the font itself, etc.
So since it's now working with the report writer I will just stay with that. And the isssue is not that it doesn't print, it does, just that the barcodes are not scannable.

The easiest way to test this would be for you to download ID Automation 3 of 9 or 128b trial fonts from their website and try to print from both label designer and report designer, and then successfully scan/read them.

I did get this to work with some other free 3 of 9 font in the label designer.
