Oceanside is my old stomping grounds. Actually Escondido was and I worked in Oceanside for a while. My dad owns a driveline shop in Oceanside still.

Anyway, I am not sure as to why it would be doing that exactly but you might just try deleting it off of the form and then re-add a new one setting it up according to the instructions. Also since it is contained in the tab control and page, make sure non of them are disabled.
