Have look at

www.report-sculptor.com

It gives you much more control over report execution then native FRX.
Hence there is method .Eject() and there is a property .PgRemainder
Which you can put in action to better control when new page is going to happen.
(Keep content together etc)

For more bands you simply populate more form containers and call them via code
