Especially since M$ seemed to get it right with the Personal Web Server that's apart of FrontPage 98. That one gets installed to automatically load on startup, but only shows up in the System Tray with a way to cancel the AutoStart through it's Properties dialog and never gives me a hassle with trying to dial unless I actually fire up FrontPage.

(Albeit the AutoStart is quickly convincing me to hit Circuit City on the way home from work one of these days to get more memory :) )
