For team development, keeping lots of forms inside a single (or even a few) VCXes can really clog up the works. On my projects, I usually only create "general purpose" forms inside of a VCX, such as password dialogs and the like. It's not often that I'll need to revisit these forms, and they usually read better in code as instantiated objects anyway. ;-)
