Hi All.

I am developing an application using C# and the Staratframe application framework in Visual Studio 2008. Even though I am Using System.Configuration at the top of my program, when I type Configuration, it only gives me CongifurationSettings and not ConfigurationManager. What's up with this? When I rightclick on the dll and select properies it tells me that the runtime version is v2.0.50727 and the version is 2.0.0.0.

Also, it appears that my app.config file is build into the exe, making it about useless. Is there a way around this?
