Hi All,

I am getting an error 12029 when trying to install a new version of mcafee on a Windows emachine computer. It had an older version of mcafee virus scan on it and I removed it before the new version is installed. I am not running any firewalls or other software that may interfere and I have done a ping download.mcafee.com, which was returned fine. The error occurs when download manager is trying to gather information for antivirus and other features. As soon as it tries, the error message comes up and says error 12029 occured. Any suggestions?
