The PT, despite looks, I don't think is top-heavy. It may have the turning circle of the QE II but it corners like a cat with its tail on fire and feels like it sucks to the ground. I often take corners and bends at quite relatively high speeds to other cars, where many of them (the windy ones anyways) would brake.
I think it shares the same basic chassis (raked) as the Neon
