Probably true. The illusion of stability, I guess. But I am serious that the Corvettes I had sucked the ground. I remember going around curves -- not test course curves, just fairly sharp curves out on the road -- and the car wasn't even breathing hard, stuck to the inside line as though in grooves. I didn't have to be a Formula One driver to get world class performance from it. It couldn't help itself.
