I appreciate Kevin saying that. At this point, I'm hoping that Michael will respond here on the UT. I feel (and apparently others do too) that Michael may have been insinuating that that was the reason for Kevin being banned. I also hope that no one is considering legal action. I like the UT, and legal action benefits no one.

While I'm not in a position to demand anything, I think it's important that Michael respond, hopefully sooner rather than later.

I've read through a ton of prior messages on this subject....sure, it was months ago....but in this case, the "what" is more important than the "when".

I know that Mike Cole quoted me directly and accurately.....and one more time, for the record...

1) I NEVER created a fake account. Never. I never shared my account info with JVP. Never. Every UT post was 100% pure K-Train.

Several times, I logged in using my wireless card, in areas ranging from New Jersey, NYC, Allentown, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg. It's been speculated that MIchel might have seen multiple IP addresses with my login - who knows.

2) Michel NEVER gave me any specific reasons. He tagged and bagged me on a Sunday night, sent me an email telling me I was banned for violating rules, but never elaborated in any way. His email included something along the lines of "we do not wish to hear from you again", and made it pretty clear that any form of contact could possibly be treated as harrassment and might be dealt with accordingly. I don't have the email anymore, but that was the general message.

I read prior posts about "parameters", "hard data", etc. Haven't laughed so hard in years.

My reaction to this entire thing vacillates between anger and humor....in the case of Michel's actions. it's humor. Any anger is more towards those (both friend and foe) who doubted me.
