I was referring to you sentence "Assume that the code below is in a method of a Word automation class that has NO User Interface. An instance of Word is open and referenced by the Public variable oWord. The document to be edited is open and ready for editing."

Sorry but for me it is possible and sent you the codes. You and I don't see it the same way, I assume I am wrong.
