>In this case we need to position the objects once, and we're done, and it is all hapopening in the realm of the presentation layer. There is no interaction whatsoever.
I disagree. The form may resize once (when the screen resolution changes), or it may resize continually (when the user drags the swangle). The interaction is in the fact that controls must position themselves depending on the positions of other controls. You can't seriously be denying that the controls have a spatial relationship to each other!
>(Didn't I already say this?).
No, you haven't yet addressed the example I've brought up several times: how to position four buttons.
>Please don't confuse logical relationships with "spatial relationships" as you called it. There are no "spatial relationships" whatsoever here.
Oh, OK, you are denying it. :) But that's nonsense. The layout of a form is an exercise in relating objects in space. This is elementary.
>If you have any more doubts about this please post a question to "All" becoause I'm done repeating myself on this issue.
I'll post to whomever I want to, Steve. If you don't choose to reply, so be it. It's too bad that all you want to do is repeat yourself--it would have been more useful to me if you'd actually addressed the issues I raised.
