Set the ctoolbar property of the form to empty.

I set some rules in the post and pre save hook, and want to ensure the form cannot be closed until all issues are resolved (and then subsequently turn the toolbar back on). Setting the thisform.claseable helps, but the user can still click the form toolbar above.
