It's correct except for the typo.

LOCATE FOR ALLTRIM(UPPER(TableName)) = ALLTRIM(UPPER(lcTableName))

Either this or

LOCATE FOR UPPER(TableName) = PADR(ALLTRIM(UPPER(lcTableName)),LEN(TableName))
