I was careful to label it speculation, and to state that I had "a single data point" to base it on. I've mentioned elsewhere in the thread what the data point is.

Based on past history, I don't see Michel banning Kevin just for annoying people (which he'd been doing increasingly over the past few months). Thus, I surmised something else was going on behind the scenes, and given the data I had, made a guess, which I clearly labeled as such.
