Yeah, I pretty much do the same thing, unless I've only got one or two of them in which case I don't. I've just seen people go nutso with them.

One place where I just don't get adding a region is around entire methods - why? You already have a nice way in the edit to collapse to definitions; what does the region buy you except more typing?
