It looks like the link the GetNodeFromIndex Method link they refer to is dead (or DNS on this client laptop is screwed *again*).
I think I've finally figured this out. It's a pain, and I've been doing google searches for a couple of hours without hitting a working solution.
I'll post here shortly.
