Let me get this straight. It came as a full surprise to me. I have absolutely no knowledge on what happened or on what 'evidence' michel based your ban upon. I was dissapointed we were not able to continue our discussion. However I had absolutely no part in this so I can't make any judgement

Personally I think you're right you need to be given an explanation, but again, I'm no party in this matter.

I see no benefit to do this publically. This will not gain you anything. At least no sympathy from the rest of the community. I don't think you will be able to get any response as long as you try to irritate/discredit michel publically. He will just ignore you.
