>>>Hi Sergio,
>>>
>>>I agree. I know Marcia, and I know that she knows that I am not a anti-semit or racist or discriminating in any way. I also know that the same can be said about her. I send this reply to you since you brought it up, if I had sent it to Marcia it could very well have been misunderstood.
>>>
>>>I agree totally, and I will stretch it even further. I think most people who call other people anti-semits or racists, way too often are the real racists. Asserting or hinting that other people are racists without any hard facts to support what they say, is an extremely cowardly action, and shows very bad taste and judgement.
>>
>>How would you qualify a situation when this asserting and/or hinting is based on actual words pronounced, let say, on some public forum? Is it still cowardly and unfair?
>
>Depends. If I point at a group of people and say "do you see that guy with another color of his skin", someone will call me a racist, But if I say "do you see that guy with another color of his hair" or "his trousers", I am not a racist. Go figure.

Sorry, but I see no sense in your reply. Words are the most common way to assess other people minds, and in many situations the only way. It means that people should expect that they will be judged by their words taken as hadr facts; and reaction like your proposed, i.e. if someone calls me a bigot then this person is a cowardly racist is too reminiscent to well-known sandbox exchange: "You fool!. No, it is you fool.", etc.
