I have verified your settings and everything are ok in regards to be able to see the time warp. As Naomi pointed out, it is the first option on the upper left, now know as the toolbox. In there, you have Time Warp, the search and the search for a message ID. The rest is the regular Dashboard options. Are you seeing it ok now?
