Many SET commands are scoped to a current data session. Such settings are not incherited by the forms with Private Data Session. To keep execution environment consistent between your forms, you should create a program with all necessary SET commands and call it from the Load or BeforeOpenTables (if DE is used) of the forms with Private Data Session.
Also the forms with Private Data Session have to open its own copies of the tables and views which could contribute to a slowdown as well.
