It certainly isn't an original observation to say the rest of the Arab world could be doing more for the Palestinians (other than arming them). There is plenty of room to carve out a homeland for them if their Arab neighbors so desire. Egypt in particular does not seem to think Gaza or the Palestinians are their problem.
