RE: New PEMEditor Version 3 from Codeplex.

You can disable PEM Editor's use of _Memberdata by change your Preferences; right-click on the grid (anywhere) to get the context menu, select Preferences, and then check off the appropriate box. ("Do not use or create _Memberdata").
