But, aside from Clinton, US soil had not been attacked TILL his administration! There's substantial evidence that 9/11 was due to how much Clinton/Gore wound up gutting U.S. security. during the '90's.
The media has had no issue in pounding on Bush....but Clinton and his administration didn't get half the kicking around they deserved (they were more interested in Wild Bill getting his knob shined)
