Sorry, not too much experience with web projects. I just did a quick test and the namespace is ASP (assuming you didn't change anything). But I see what you're seeing - the page itself isn't available as a type even with the ASP prefix. I'm guessing this is related to how it dynamically creates assemblies, but to be honest I really don't know. I'd suggest trying the Interface approach instead.
