After implementing this code I realize that maybe I am not getting all the records I need. I am getting the missing RI records but I will also need the RI records that are done after my date.

I am trying to chart a week in history showing the items in a particular queue on a particular day. The number of records for that day will be any records that have an RD transaction but either no matching RI transaction or the matching RI transaction was done after that day.
