There's a checkbox at the top of the PEM Editor ("Current Object") that allows you to indicate whether you are viewing the PEMs for the currently select object or for the form/class itself.

Now I select a particular control on the form (ThisForm.pgf.Page1.txtCconsistancy) but the PEM is still of the form, is that the expected behavior and for controls I am still supposed to use the regular properties window?
