I've recently become a "Team Lead", due to re-orgs in our company. At first I thought it was going to be more of a "Tech" Lead position, when my new boss asked me if I'd be willing to take on the position. I said "sure, as long as there's not a lot of adminstrative crap I'd have to do." He said there wouldn't be much. He was wrong. =0( I'm only managing 2 employees, plus 2 contractors, but I'm still not crazy about it.
