>>I start a new job with a web development firm in Waterloo on February 2nd. I'm hoping that in this position I can focus more on development instead of project management stuff. I've felt like my .NET development skills have regressed over the past 2 years due to lack of use so I needed a change. Hopefully I can be more present in the future in the .NET forum, specifically with ASP.NET and (gasp) C#.

I disagree with you. I am at the point that I would much rather be a manager than a developer. It is probably me, my age, number of year I have been doing this stuff; Mike is in a different league.
