>Yes, Mike, you could say that. However, the lady is Chinese, straight out of mainland China; a very nice lady actually, but has little to no programming experience, although she has a computer science degree. Her job was originally to coordinate with our Chinese vendors from whom we bought raw wire products, which we used as raw material. Since she has a computer science degree, the non-technical people think that she or anyone with such a degree can do the job; unfortunately for her, she has no FoxPro experience at all, and once advised me to change everything over to Access saying that it was much more user friendly than FoxPro. She told me a lot by that last statement; if all you know is Access, then that's what you advise. I like her, but feel sorry for her.

I (almost) feel sorry for the company.
You're a better man than I am.
You're doing more than I probably would have done - and much more than what I did do when it was found that my longitude of residence was off by about 180 degrees and my job was outsourced to somebody with zero foxpro background - but was more geographically compatible. I left them with a decent documentation package, and nothing more.
>>Seems like it would have been easier for them to bring you back than hire a neophyte, doesn't it?
