Great choice of word. ;-) Sheesh, the US government has already nationalized the biggest insurance company and owns much of the paper for the banking sector. Surely we can agree that nobody in the US government woke up one day and decided to nationalize huge hunks of market in the interest of collectivism. It was forced on them by the incompetence and greed of capitalists who lobbied for and received removal of government oversight/control in the early 2000s. It would be foolish to trust these people again and who else is there except government? Sorry but we have to be pragmatic even if it does contradict the way we believe the world works.
