You do not have a right to keep every penny in any civilized society. You think you do? Name one.

We have been around this block before. I have no problem paying taxes to provide police protection, fire departments, roads, street lighting, etc. I benefit from this stuff, so I will pay for it. What I do have a problem with is having the government take my hard-earned money and give it to the deadbeat in front of me in the line at the grocery store buying T-bone steaks with food stamps and riding home in her BMW.

You do not have a right to any of my money, Mike. Instead of counting other people's money, why don't you go out and earn some of your own? Then you can give as much of it away as you want to. But you do not have the right to give my money away.
