VFP OleDB doesn't work in 64-bit when accessed from VFP. It likely has to do with having to run the oledb driver from a 32-bit application specifically compiled as 32-bit. You can get vfp oledb to install OK using the regsvr32.exe in the SysWow64 (or whatever it's called) directory, but you can't instantiate from VFP. If you were to write a .Net application accessing the vfp oledb driver, and compile it to 32-bit, I believe I have read of others having success in that effort.
