I thought the point was Bill trying to hide his reprehensible behavior behind Hillary's apparent forgiveness. After all, if she forgives him shouldn't we all? Can't we all just get along?

Evidently not. Although her forgiveness is of no consequence to me. It certainly doesn't change my views on him.
