It's probably unrelated to the problem you're having, but I ran into a problem using the Business Layer Generator in Mere Mortals .NET version 2.4 with Visual Studio 2005. The problem turned out to be ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite, specifically the On-Access Scanning setting. When it was on, the Business Layer Generator usually failed. When I turned it off, it ran fine.
