The agent feature is not something that is easily seen or known to newcomers and it requires a separate view to see those messages and each message is shown separately in a grid. If you can pin a thread, then you can easily track all responses in that thread if you wish.

Thus, if I understand correctly, at login time, the showing of all marked threads could be added at the top of the map of messages. Is that correct?

Instead of that, or as something useful, I think this would deserve its own icon. It could next to the Folder icon with the ability to turn it off from the account setup.
