Nancy - just pointing to a file. I've done battle with this one for ages. Tried everything in the book. Asked for help, nothing - sometimes its fine, other times its not. Doesn't matter if I refresh(), add the .bmp in the .init, everything I've tried works sometimes and fails another. Since this posting - I tried the .jpg file with the same results. Bug if you ask me.
