Having bought the VFP6.0 I tried to convert some of my projects into VFP6.0 format. It would work fine but my tables cannot be opened with the error message: "Collating sequence GENERAL not found".

The General sequence (and some other as well) is disabled - you see only the code sequences which are compatible with the codepage of your table (or your Windows?). Yours is obviously CP 1250.
