I don't think I will run into major problems upgrading my solutions to 3.5 but it will take some time to do the upgrade even if everything runs smooth. And time is something I don't have a lot of. Especially now that I lost another programmer.

Also it is the bad economy, I know the importance of keeping up with versions but the people writing the check do not think it is that important :)

Anywho I am hoping to upgrade everything this summer sometime.
