The File menu has no list of recent projects. The project manager comes up in a place different than where it was when I last worked on that project, Properties window size is differen than the way I left it. When I run the debugger, all of the windows are stacked on the left, not where I left them, etc.

Jim,

Go to Tools -> Options -> File Locations -> Resource File and make sure that it's enabled and points to a valid foxuser.dbf. Don't forget to save settings by pressing 'Set As default'. If it doesn't help, delete foxuser.dbf.
