I am attempting to set up an option group control to read/write data to a field that uses a numeric charactor code (the field is set Charactor 2). I cannot see any way to change the data type of the option buttons themselves object, they will only take numbers (not numeric charactors) for values.

I would appreciate any insight you can give me on how to do this.
