Yes I noticed :) , what I had meant is that is it possible for you to store the preferences elsewhere, with the app maybe, a separate file that can easily be backuped.

One more is it possible to have a button when clicked sets the focus onto the class being edited in PEM Editor, I am a keyboard fan, so now I have to work on the PEMs and then move the mouse to click on the class to Ctrl+W :) Or better still if the focus shifts back to the class once Apply or some of the other such buttons are pressed, this will allow for a Apply and a Ctrl+W to save a class, just my 2 cents.
