Since I haven't dealt with this issue directly I may be off base here but why can't the EntityCentric property just be set to false after creating the business objects? I also seem to remember something about the Classic Business Objects being removed as they weren't used anymore. I wonder if this has anything to do with it. I may spend a bit of time looking into this code to see if I can understand it for myself.
