This works in the same way as it works for a banned member. Allowing such ability would simply continue to create negative situations as the destinator would never see the message sent to him. While a banned member is responsible for his acts in the same way as a member who adds someone to his twit fitler, we enforce some logistic to make sure that no further communication would then apply. So, as it works for a banned member, if someone would really insist on creating a content to someone that no longer wishes to receive communication from that individuals, then a new thread could be created to All.
