Honestly, I'm wandering the same thing myself at this point. All I know is that now that I have it installed, if it's running when I start FP98 it can't seem to find my webs and won't let me passed the open or new dialogs. I recently ordered the M$ Mastering Series book for Web Essentials (Exam 70-055 study guide). If I can find a good explanation I'll post it in a few days.
