Now I am disagreeing again. Jay has every right to filter which messages he views if the forum allows it; however, he should not be allowed to determine whether or not someone can post a message. A filter should only prevent viewing of messages, not posting.

Still, even implemented as it is now, it does not violate freedom of speech.
